Ouch that hurts ... Aïe ça pique !

Et ben oui, Kalia a deux mois, et à deux mois on a son premier vaccin. Selon sa Mamma elle a été très brave ("plus que son Daddy"), mais elle a quand même pleuré un petit peu.

On a aussi eu la visite de la gentille sage-femme hier avec qui on a discuté du sommeil de Kalia. Elle nous a dit qu'elle est 'merveilleuse' notre petit trésor. Elle n'a pas tort. Kalia est vraiment très éveillé, sociable. J'adore quand elle se met à me parler et me raconter tout plein de choses. Elle se porte bien, et nous en sommes ravis.

(Au cas ou vous vous posiez la question, cette photo vient d'un autre jour - on n'est quand-même pas allé chez la pédiatre avec l'appareil pour photographier la supplice ! C'est la photo qui suivait celle-ci)

Kalia is now two months old, and here in Switzerland that's the age at which you have your first jab. According to her Mamma, she was very brave ("more than her Daddy, in any case"), but she did have a little scream.

Yesterday our friendly mid-wife (health visitor) came and we chatted about how to work on Kalia's 'sleep independence'. She also said what a wonderful little treasure we have. It's true that Kalia is very alert for her age, and sociable. I love it when she lies then and looks me straight in the eyes and explains tons of things to me in goos and gaas. She's doing very well, and we're very pleased.
