Il y a un avant, et un après.

There is a before, and an after.

Hier après midi je suis parti du boulot et allé au garage pour chercher notre nouvelle voiture ! Une belle Ford Focus neuve! On l'a eu à un prix défiant toute concurrence, avec des petits clins d'oeils - 5 ans de garantie, parcage assisté, tempomat, et en plus alors que j'ai commandé une 100CV, on a reçu un 125CV (pour le même prix).

Comme disait le garagiste: il y a des anges qui veillent sur vous.

Yesterday afternoon I went straight from work to pick up our brand new Ford Focus. Ain't she lovely? We got an amazing deal, with lots of nice extras: 5-year guarantee, cruise control, assisted parking, and even though I ordered a 100HP, we got a 125HP for the same price.

As the garageman said to me: you have angels watching over you.

 

Alors que j'étais encore en train de me faire expliquer des subtilités de la voiture, je reçois un coup de fil: "On sort de chez la pédiatre, on va directe à l'hôpital, c'est le diabète".

I was still listening to his explanations about aspects of the car when the phone rang: "We're just coming out of the surgery, going straight to hospital, it's diabetes".

Il y a un avant, et un après. (Dans ces photos elle est en forme. Je vous promets que la nuit passée était horrible pour elle - réveillée toutes les heures, et pas le droit de manger. De quoi se poser des questions sur les priorités des anges...)
