Avec les filles on a lu un livre sur l'Air. Il y avait dedans quelques expériences intéressantes et pas trop difficiles à réaliser. Comme ce 'ballon-réacteur' - un ballon scotché sur une paille qui glisse sur une ficelle entre deux chaises.

On ne peut plus simple.

Bien sûr, comme pour une illustration de prédication, le plus difficile est d'en communiquer le sens à l'auditoire (et généralement le prédicateur/enseignant passe par un moment où lui-même se demande s'il a réellement compris!).

Saw this one in a book we read together about air. They had a few fun and easy experiments, like this with a 'jet balloon' - balloon sellotaped to a straw sliding on a string between two chairs.

Can't get much easier than that?

Of course, as with sermon illustrations, the difficult bit is getting the congregation to understand what it actually means (and generally ends up with the preacher/teacher wondering if they've even understood themselves!).
