Summer, at last! ... Enfin l'été !

Après des semaines de météo plutôt mitigé, enfin du beau (et chaud!)

Alors c'est parti pour des grillades au bord du lac, avec des copines et copains.

After weeks (months) of mostly grey weather, Summer came in with a bang.

So it was off to the lake for a barbequeue with friends.

C'est chouette cet âge où ils ne sont pas encore 100% autonomes, mais où ils peuvent aller s'aventurer 'un peu loin' sans qu'on ait besoin d'être juste à côté.

It's a lovely age when they're still not 100% independent, but big enough to venture slightly further afield without us having to be hovering right next to them.
