Back to school ... Rentrée

 

J'en voie cette photo avec 10 jours de retard, mais voilà Kalia qui se prépare à rentrée en premier primaire. Pour l'instant ça se passe plutôt bien ("C'est coool!").

Ten days late, but here's a photo of Kalia just about to start in her new class. So far, so good, she says it's "coool". So she's doing better than I did.

On a trouvé une excellente place de jeu dans le village à côté d'où on logait. On y est retourné plusieurs fois.

We found an excellent play area in the village next to the one where we were house-sitting. We went back 3 times.

Cet article a quelque chose de particulier. C'est que c'est le millième depuis la naissance de ce blog il y a 6 ans et demi.

Pour l'occasion, on change de titre... avec un léger pincement au coeur.



Etant donné que j'arrive vers l'âge où démarre la nostalgie, je vais aussi tenter l'expérience d'y écrire quelques souvenirs d'enfance.

A good time to change the blogs title slightly, with mild regret...



Given that I'm getting towards that kind of age, and that this blog is as close as I've ever got to a diary, I'm also going to experiment with going back in time, posting some childhood memories.
